Agreement
These terms govern your use of bright10.ai and any services provided by 8t20 Capital (t/a bright10.ai). By engaging our services you agree to them.
Previews
Any website preview we prepare for your firm is a private demonstration, shared at an unlisted link, and remains our property until a signed agreement and payment are in place. We do not publish previews to your live domain, and we do not represent ourselves as affiliated with your business.
Services & fees
Setup fees are payable before work begins. Monthly partner fees cover hosting and ongoing management and are billed in advance. Fees are in ZAR and exclude VAT unless stated. You own your domain and your published content.
Cancellation
You may cancel a monthly plan with 30 days' notice. On cancellation we will assist with a reasonable handover of your site and domain.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
